  • Will I be able to exchange?

    • The quantity of hoodies is based on the orders we collected before November 17th. There is no guarantee a purchaser can exchange their order. Please be sure of sizes before purchasing.

    Can DIA customize my hoodie?

    • We do not offer customization services for this product.

    How will I know my order is ready?

    • Purchasers, and their designated pickup, will receive a communication from DIA announcing your order is ready for pickup.

    Where and when will I pick up my order from?

    • Pickup will happen Mon - Fri from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in Andy's Plaza at 6504 Church St, Riverdale GA, 30274. 

    What do I need when I pick up my order?

    • Puchers/Designated pickups must have a valid form of ID (Driver's License, Passport, work badge, etc) and will sign for the item.
