Time to Play!

If your scholar is interested in registering for any Fall Sports (Volleyball, Cheer, or CoEd Flag Football) the following must be submitted beforehand;

 

• Interest Form

• Transportation Form

• Medical Release

• Physical Evaluation

  • NOTE: a physical evaluation is only current for one year. If your scholar participated in sports last school year it is not guaranteed the physical is up-to-date.

 

If your scholar has made the team, the last step is making an  Athletic Fee Payment
