If your scholar is interested in registering for any DIA sport the following must be submitted beforehand for :

NOTE: a physical evaluation is only current for one year. If your scholar participated in sports last school year it is not guaranteed the physical is up-to-date.

Scholar's can not try out without their DragonFly account. If your scholar has made the team, the last step is making an Athletic Fee payment through Infinite Campus.
