Exciting news! DIA is thrilled to announce that our 8th-grade scholars will be heading to Washington, DC, in 2026. First, we accept payments to secure scholar's spot. Payments will instead be collected through the Infinite Campus school store. To guarantee participation, please submit your deposit no later than October 1, 2025.
Trip Payment Details:
Full trip payment must be paid by Friday, February 5, 2025.
Self-monitored payment plans are available once the deposit is paid.
Payments will be collected through DIA's new Infinite Campus Store, accessible via the Parent Portal[linked here].
Please note: There is a No Refund Policy for payments made, except in cases of student illness. Discuss participation expectations with your child to ensure they can fully enjoy their final memories as Dubois Integrity Academy Middle School Eagles.
Only DIA staff members will serve as chaperones for this trip.
Academic/Behavior Criteria:
The participation criteria will be evaluated from September 3rd through the end of the school year. If the student meets any of the academic/behavior criteria outlined below during the “criteria period” they will be eliminated from the possibility of participation.
Failing 2 or more Content Classes
3 or more ISS
any OSS consequences
3 or more Lunch Detention assignments

Flexible Payment Options:
We understand that financial situations vary, so we’ve created a flexible payment plan to help you manage the remaining $600 balance. Once the deposit is received, you can follow the suggested schedule below or pay as you’re able, with the final payment due by February 2026:
$260 non-refundable deposit due by October 1, 2025
$200 payment due by October 17, 2025
$200 payment due by December 5, 2025
$200 payment due by February 5, 2026
The $200.00 payments can be paid in increments of $50.00 (quarter) and $100.00 (half) until the full amount is received by the listed deadline(s). These options will be available after deposit window closes. The option to pay for the Washington trip and Eighth Grade (Senior) Dues can be found under 8th Grade dues in the Infinite campus school store in your Parent Portal. These term are subject to change.
