2025 8th Grade Activities

Updates have been made to the 8th Grade Experience information. Please review the updated payment details to ensure your scholar's participation. In addition to the exciting Washington, DC trip, there will be activities and memorabilia to commemorate this special year.

Dues Cost Range: $150.00 - $1,090.00

Payment Details:

  • Full dues must be paid by Friday, November 14, 2025.

  • Payments will be collected through DIA's new Infinite Campus Online Store, accessible via the Parent Portal[linked here].

  • Please note: There is a No Refund Policy for payments made, except in cases of student illness. Discuss participation expectations with your child to ensure they can fully enjoy their final memories as Dubois Integrity Academy Middle School Eagles.

Academic/Behavior Criteria:

The participation criteria will be evaluated from September 3rd through the end of the school year. If the student meets any of the academic/behavior criteria outlined below during the “criteria period” they will be eliminated from the possibility of participation.


  • Failing 2 or more Content Classes

  • 3 or more ISS

  • any OSS  consequences

  • 3 or more Lunch Detention assignments


 If you have questions about payment options or events, your scholar's TEAM Representative, Mr. Coard, is available to assist.

Flexible Payment Options:

We understand that payment situations may differ for families, and we aim to make participation accessible for as many scholars as possible. Families are encouraged to select a self-monitored payment plan to help us manage funds effectively.

Available Packages:

Please commit to one package/payment plan for accurate distribution. See the available options.

  • [Families Preferred] Package 1: $150.00Includes: Formal Dance ($40), Class T-shirt ($15), Moving On Ceremony ($40), Yearbook ($55), Field Day/Block Party ($20).

    • To upgrade to Package 2, a payment of $150.00 is required, in addition to a payment of $80.00.

  • Package 2: $230.00Includes everything in Package 1, plus: Six Flags ($55), College Tour ($25).

    • Please only pay $80.00 once. It is only meant to upgrade package 1

  • Package 3 has been removed as the Washington D.C. deposit deadline has already passed.
