2025 8th Grade Activities [UPDATED 12/1]

Updates have been made to the 8th Grade Experience information as of November 26th. Please review the updated payment details to ensure your scholar's participation. In addition to the exciting Washington, DC trip, there will be activities and memorabilia to commemorate this special year.

Updated Price: $40.00

Payment Details:

  • The deadline for the updated fee is Thursday, December 18, 2025.

  • Payments will be collected through DIA's new Infinite Campus Online Store, accessible via the Parent Portal[linked here].

  • Please note: There is a No Refund Policy for payments made, except in cases of student illness. Discuss participation expectations with your child to ensure they can fully enjoy their final memories as Dubois Integrity Academy Middle School Eagles.

Academic/Behavior Criteria:

The participation criteria will be evaluated from September 3rd through the end of the school year. If the student meets any of the academic/behavior criteria outlined below during the “criteria period” they will be eliminated from the possibility of participation.


  • Failing 2 or more Content Classes

  • 3 or more ISS

  • any OSS  consequences

  • 3 or more Lunch Detention assignments


All criteria still apply even after full payment is received. If you have questions about payment options or events, your scholar's TEAM Representative, Mr. Coard, is available to assist.

Updated Payment Option:

Understanding that families may face different financial situations, we have streamlined the process by introducing a single $40.00 payment option for the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony, replacing the previous three-tier package system.
