Girl Scouts Take the Capitol!

The DuBois Integrity Academy Girl Scout troop 19075 Juniors and Cadettes attended
the Girl Scout day at the Georgia State Capitol building on Tuesday February 7,2023.

During this event they learned about their local government. They also had the opportunity to meet members of the House of Representatives:
Ms. Rhonda Burnough, 77th District- Riverdale
Ms. Yasmin Neal 79th District- Jonesboro
Ms. Inga Willis 55th District - Atlanta
Mr. Phil Olaleye 59th District- Atlanta

The girls toured the Georgia State Capitol and answered questions pertaining to the capital building and Georgia’s history!!!

The girls also met the amazing CEO of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta- Ms. Amy Dosik
