About the Event
We're thrilled about our upcoming 3rd grade - 5th grade basketball tryouts!
Student-Athlete Requirements:

Student Contract & DragonFly Clearance: Must be completed and cleared by Coach Williams no later than Sunday, Oct. 26. (No clearance = no tryout.)

We're hosting a pop up clinic October 25th. Register today if you don't already have an up-to-date physical evaluation.
If you prefer to use your own care provider, please print the evaluation form below for them to complete.
● Proper Attire: Athletic shorts (no jeans/khakis), t-shirt/athletic top, athletic shoes (no Crocs, slides, or boots). Cheerleaders please wear white tops and black bottoms.
● Other: Bring a water bottle.
3-5 Transportation Info:
3rd grade students will be transported to the Fountain of Faith Church at our West Fayetteville Camps.
Parents should pick up scholars no later than 4:15pm from the church.
If your scholar needs to return to After Care, please notify your child's coach in writing. Please note that After Care is a paid service provided to families.
